The successful candidate will be an effective part of AVT service delivery team,by providing a competent standard of equipment condition monitoring and lubrication management using a range of CBM techniques,and will:

- Deliver client customer facing contract management service and technical skills to various clients,providing scheduled lubrication and CBM service provision at the clients assets
- Work on a set of clients sites and visit other sites for ad-hoc or covering working
- Interact with clients
- Deliver specific maintenance services to improve client’s equipment availability & reliability as directed by AM Management and agreed with the client
- Ensure services are delivered on time,in accordance with approved technical, operational, and HSEQ standards
- Ensure effective communication and reporting to line management with regard to operational objectives, achievements and opportunities or risk
- Co-operate with peers to support future business development and advise Management of potential new business opportunities
- Assist in compiling, manage and follow Method Statements, COSHH Assessments, Risk Assessments and SOPs in place, inform Management if documentation is incorrect or missing and report any HSEQ issues
- Demonstrate to the client that a high level of service is being delivered in a professional manner at all times
- Be responsible for own work,organising the delivery of all site service, via a defined vibration,lubrication scheduling system (machine sentry), assisting the Site/Regional Manager to optimise performance,in compliance with all business systems,processes and standards
- Report first pass analysis (where qualified/proficient) of CM results, high level of operational feedback to the client via company Standards and/or Client Requirements
- Liaise with Senior Engineers for peer review where required
- Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained in a serviceable condition and within the calibration QAP control procedure
- Follow the AVT Staff Handbook and specific Client Site Guide

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Previous maintenance electro-mechanical role
- Able to work on your own initiative and under pressure
- Self motivated,enthusiastic able to demonstrate your ability to investigate and solve problems as they arise
- Good awareness of industrial equipment operation/maintenance
- Able to Work at height
- 3 years experience, aligned with a preferred proven service delivery experience
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Eager to assist in the continuous improvement of the organisation
- Able to promote, embrace and manage change

Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Fulfil full requirements governed within ICML Level 1 and BINDT level 1 Status and VA1 BINDT Vibration analysis
- Rotating asset management experience
- Specialist maintenance and/or lubrication and condition monitoring
