This company is looking to recruit a Service Engineer into their growing team.

You will offer Field-based, front line support to internal and external customers, providing service and maintenance of ventilation products.

Following planned expansion, they now seek to recruit a Field Service Engineer, responsible for the planned preventative maintenance, service and repair of their range of ventilation products, ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times.

You will help support warranty and non-warranty requests by ensuring timely and cost-effective processing of site visits to residential and commercial customers. You will be a flag bearer for the brand and to identify opportunities for further development of proactive services.

Requirements for this role are:

- Engineers who are confident working in a team or unsupervised
- Experience of working on small sites to larger prestigious projects
- Able to work at heights
- Good Health and Safety awareness
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time keeper
- Experience in multiple technical disciplines
- IT knowledge to use ipad technology - full training will be provided
- Clear driving license

Your typical main duties will include:
- A working knowledge of good engineering practices.
- Responding to all incoming inquires ensuring all information obtained from customer is accurate.
- Works with detailed diagrams, plans and drawing
- A working knowledge of good engineering practices.
- Methodical approach to fault finding under pressure.
- Machinery installation and commissioning.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work and communicate effectively with clients and contractors at all levels.
- Be able to work using own initiative without supervision.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Conversant with Method statements and risk assessments.
- Computer literate with basic IT skills in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Be proficient at completing site documentation and following company procedures
