With their business currently in the process of another growth spurt, they require a Logistics assistant to join their fast-paced work environment, to help tackle growing workloads and to ensure the smooth operation of the company continues.

As well as undertaking general admin tasks under the guidance of the Operations/Logistics manager, you will also lend a supporting hand in the finance department. This is a fantastic opportunity to anyone looking to expose themselves into different working divisions within a company.

Full-time position.

Responsibilities:

- Work within System to complete logistics and admin duties assigned by team members
- Work with broker and freight forwarder on incoming shipment customs and clearance
- Monitor and schedule pickups of product from all factories
- Liaise with vendors
- Assist team members as needed
- Maintain record of completed weekly tasks
- Maintain accurate office inventory count
- Liaising with their warehouse team on all stock issue and delivery failures.
- Ensuring all shipments are submitted and booked for delivery.
- Assist with stock and sample shipments
- Helping to resolve customer complaints within the delivery process
- Resolving all queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Keeping the customer message on brand.
- Consistently maintaining service levels.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge.
- Following all delivery related systems and processes.

23,000-25,000 depending on experience
