- Someone who thinks on their feet and is happy to go the extra mile to ensure they keep delivering happiness.
- A desire to do the right thing.
- Excellent communication and service skills with all types of people.
- Competence to deliver a premium service for the customer.
- Eagerness to learn new things and always look for ways to make things better.
- A proven ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic team environment.
- Being highly organised and able to use your own initiative to get things done.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Excel and Word.

Key responsibilities.

Typically, you’ll:
- Answer incoming calls
- Help quote enquiries

- Take bookings and liaise with controller
- Allocate jobs to the drivers and third-party suppliers.
- Help and problem solve email and phone enquiries

- Monitor the progress of UK overnight and International shipments and help resolve any problems
- Use Microsoft Office, Excel and Word software
- Help with general administration
- Undertake individual projects and help present them at team meetings
- Enjoy what you do and at the end of the day, feel really good about the difference you've made.

What they will give in return:
- Basic Salary as advertised
- 29 days holiday a year (includes Bank Holidays)
- New iphone which can be used for both business and personal use (within Company Policy)
- Discounts on holidays, hotels, flights, shopping, dining, cinemas tickets and more!
