YOUR ROLE:
You will be operating a B2 5-Colour Komori Lithrone on a double day shift 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 and responsible for:
- Daily productivity, running press at maximum output whilst ensuring that timely schedules and targets set are achieved
- Ensuring jobs are produced to the highest quality level and that the quality procedures are followed
- Troubleshooting with responsibility for general maintenance and cleanliness of equipment
- Working to internal systems and procedures
- Participate and contribute towards continual improvements to print production operations and wider company operations
- Working within health and safety guidelines that includes some lone working
THE CANDIDATE:
- Experience printing on a Komori Lithrone or similar ESSENTIAL
- Very keen attention to detail & quality standards
- Proactive contributor toward operational and team culture
- Able to work autonomously with minimum supervision
- High level of organisation and time keeping skills
- Willingness to take on overtime
- Friendly and personable
