A fast-paced job in the property industry for an exceptional candidate

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your years of experience to contribute to the success of a fast-growing and exciting company – in a varied role within the property industry?

This lettings company is looking for a self-motivated, resourceful representative to be the face of our company in the North West, and help them to deliver their remarkable standard of service.

About The Company

We offer a full lettings and management service across 6 major cities, and they are expanding rapidly into new markets. They have over 250 properties under management, with around 120 in the North West region.

All their “head office” team work from home, using the latest technology to collaborate effectively. Regionally, they have a network of representatives who take care of viewings, inspections and maintenance.

About The Role

There’s no need to visit an office, because we don’t have one! You’ll do your admin from home, and spend the rest of your time out and about. Much of your time will be spent in Greater Manchester, but your patch also covers as far afield as Liverpool, Chester, Preston and Wrexham.

No two days will be the same – you’ll be covering a lot of ground showing people around properties, inspecting their existing stock and investigating maintenance issues. Using their technology and systems, you’ll use your phone to receive job information and communicate your progress back to the rest of the team.

Your main tasks will include:

- Showing prospective tenants around our properties
- Conducting property inventories and inspections
- Liaising with maintenance contractors to arrange access and inspect work
- Checking tenants into their new homes
- Reporting promptly and effectively with the admin team

About You:

- Any experience you have related to the property, construction or customer service industries will be an advantage, but not necessary - they are far more interested in you as a person than they are in your background.
- You’re friendly, enthusiastic, and confident communicating with people from all walks of life.
- You’re highly organised, and have an efficient, can-do attitude: you plan your tasks carefully, then don’t stop working until they’re done. You have high personal standards that are reflected in everything you do.
- You’re happy working with minimal supervision, and use your initiative to proactively respond to changing priorities and conditions.
- You’re comfortable with new technology, and enjoy following processes to get the best results.

As the role involves a lot of travel, you will require your own car and a full, clean driving license.

Hours and Pay:

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, Tuesday – Saturday. The nature of the job means that it will be necessary to work some early evenings.

You will be paid £9 per hour, plus reimbursement of your travel expenses.

If you’re ready for an exciting new challenge with a company that’s going places, then they would love to hear from you.
