A great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a successful, independent Lettings Team based in the heart of Twickenham. Established in 1890 and one of the only independent local agents with an established and friendly team to become a part of and grow.
You must be energetic and enthusiastic, looking for a long term career in the sector. Responsibilities will include:
- Organising and expanding an Applicant database
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating tenancies
- Build upon rapport with Clients keeping in regular contact
- Contribute to Company marketing strategies.
The following are vital in order to be considered for this role:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong administration and IT skills
- Experience using Lettings software
- A Full clean UK driving licence
- Own your own car
The package for suitable candidates will be as follows:
- £15000.00 pa and 10% commission (OTE £25000.00-£30000.00)
- Car allowance
- Petrol allowance
- Hours Mon-Fri 9am -6pm
- Alternate Saturdays 9am-3pm
