Widely regarded as the leading property lettings and management company in North London, our client is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their highly successful team.
You will be working full time Monday to Friday and some Saturdays during busy periods.
Position Summary
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:
- Generating new business through cold calling, canvassing & social media
- Taking enquiries for current properties and advising potential new clients
- Effectively marketing properties
- Drafting property descriptions for adverts
- Taking photographs and present the property in the best possible light
- Generate comparable evidence using tools such as Rightmove / Zoopla to identify and follow up sales leads.
- Maintaining good working relationships with landlords and applicants looking to rent
Who are they looking for?
You will have the required skills and experience to undertake this role, including:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator
- A clean UK Driving Licence (company car offered for viewings)
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to handle any problems that should arise with properties or clients
- Strong organisational skills
- Be highly driven and ambitious
