Roles & Responsibilities: Lettings Negotiator

Main Purpose of role: To negotiate the let of residential property in sufficient quantity to meet agreed performance targets.

Hours: The role includes working between Monday to Friday 40 hours

Reporting to: Company Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Generating a targeted number of valuations per week resulting in a targeted number of instructions per week
- Generating a targeted number of viewings per week resulting in a targeted number of Lets per week
- Registering new applicants
- Booking viewings
- Carrying out viewings
- Negotiating offers under the direction of the company director
- Progressing; keeping all parties well informed
- Answer incoming calls and emails.
- Dealing with customer enquiries

In Order to Join The Team, You Must:
- Have a desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth
- Have a strong work ethic and desire to be successful
- Have excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business
- Customer service orientated Results/goals orientated
- Financially driven with a motive to earn
- Preferably full driving licence
- Smart and well presented
- Good computer skills
- Preferably good local knowledge of the Camden, Islington and Westminster area

Basic salary of 16k to 20k (depending on experience) and includes generous personal commission structure with an OTE OF 30K + uncapped

3 Days at the Kings Cross Office 3 team members: They reside at The Hub in Kings Cross which offers a new way of working and connecting. The traditional sterile office space is replaced with a vibrant flexible work space which incorporates a cafe and state of the art meeting rooms.

2 Days at Oxford Circus Office: Working with an extended team of 40 +
