With strong growth underway, they are now seeking an energetic, passionate person with a background in consumer sales, lettings or hospitality to work as part of the team as they scale. It is important that you have alignment with the long term vision of the company, together with a real desire to deliver strong sales results. You are a results-oriented salesperson with a proven track record. You'll be responsible for bringing new residents into our community.
The company are looking for:
- At least 2 years experience and proven track record in consumer sales, lettings or hospitality
- A clear passion for the product and a drive for the bigger picture of building empowering communities of like-minded residents
- A strong drive, initiative and a killer-yet-sensitive sales instinct
As part of their new residents team, your contribution will include:
- Helping new residents find the best option for them in our portfolio
- Managing your pipeline of potential new residents
- Implementing advertising across various platforms and social media
- Undertaking property viewings with potential new residents and helping them to decide to become a member of the company
- Staying well informed about the product and making sure you accurately represent the brand as ambassador for the company
Your base salary will be between £25k to £30k depending on your experience. Your commission is UNLIMITED with expected commission in your first year of £13k - that's a total package of £38k to £43k.
