Specialising in providing quality accommodation for young professionals in and around Central London and The City, this well-established, yet still growing Estate Agency is now looking for a Lettings Administrator that will help contribute towards their growing success. You’ll be joining them at their offices based in the Kentish Town area of London.

You’ll require the following essentials to be considered for the role:
- A good level of proven experience with an Administrators position
- Experience within the property industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- As Lettings Administrator, you’ll be providing administration support to the Lettings, Property Management and Renewals departments. Also, you will be accompanying viewings with prospective tenants and dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries whilst following up enquiries.

Within this position, you will also be:

- Preparing move in paperwork and ensuring the properties are ready and check In has been organised
- Keeping the company website updated along with Twitter and blogging
- Keeping a log of all the boards and checking regularly they’re up
- Maintaining the office window display & other advertising
- Visiting properties when tenants give notice to leave
- Reporting maintenance issues or what in your opinion needs to be actioned in the properties
- Checking the state of the communal and frontages of the properties and reporting this back
- Co-ordinating move-ins from collating the references to ensuring the requirements are done

Working 9:00am to 6:30pm from Monday to Friday
