This company is looking to recruit a Legal Transcriptionist.

Position Objective

- Very good typing skills (at least 80wpm), with 5 years experience of using handling digital dictation globally and able to transcribe at least 4x length of digi.

Client Service Objectives
- Ideally candidates will have experience of producing accurate and timely document preparation according to established templates, brand guidelines and production best practices in either a document production or legal secretary/PA environment.

Position Expectations
- Keen to be flexible and in possession of excellent MS Office skills.
- Consistently deliver high quality documentation on time, with a focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction, effective communication and client service orientation.
- Work within established processes to efficiently deliver accurate work within agreed deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop and maintain relationships with team and key stakeholders.
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Digital/copy typing of general correspondence with a typing speed of at least 70 WPM.
- Must be able to maintain accuracy under time pressures and constraints.
- Strong work ethic and self-starter approach.
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Audio transcription at a speed of 3 to 1 (3x length of audio) with 98% accuracy.
- Must be able to maintain accuracy under time pressures and constraints.

- Must show initiative and good judgment and be able to work independently.
- At least 3 years' previous document production/legal secretary experience in a professional service environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of document production practices and technologies.
- Excellent oral and written English skills
