This opportunity is based at their Leicester city centre location, with travel to other sites, employers and partners throughout the East Midlands as necessary. A full driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential. The role attracts a basic salary of up to £24,000 with the opportunity to earn up to £26,000 on target earnings.

The Role

You will be engaging learners aged 16+ onto a wide range classroom based learning that is planned to meet local demands. Working to start targets, you will identify and establish opportunities for productive relationships with new partner organisations and referral agencies whilst maintaining, developing and nurturing relationships with existing partner organisations and referral agencies across the East Midlands to promote their pre-employment and training opportunities. You will liaise with/reach learners and key stakeholders through a variety of methods, such as one-to-ones, team meetings, awareness raising sessions, talks and presentations. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders (enrolment team, classroom delivery team and marketing for example), you will constantly be evaluating learner engagement activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

The Individual

You will have outgoing and engaging networking skills, with experience of working with a high level of autonomy and in a target driven environment. You will be able to communicate effectively with people from varied backgrounds aged 16+ coupled with proven ability to build effective, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders such as job centre plus and other lead referral agencies.

In depth understanding of NEET and Employability Programmes as well as experience of Sector Based Work Academies would be a distinct advantage.
