They have an exciting opportunity for an individual who is highly motivated, with a proven track record of leading and developing a high performing team within a target driven environment. The role of Learner Engagement Manager is a full time, permanent role, pivotal to the ambitious growth plans at the business. The role will be based initially at their Beeston site, with travel to other sites, employers and partners throughout the East Midlands, therefore a full driving licence and access to a car is essential.

The Role

You will lead, motivate and develop the Learner Engagement team to achieve and exceed stretching learner start targets and objectives against funding and project profiles, whilst creating and maintaining partnerships with local and regional stakeholders to achieve their vision to become the “Provider of Choice”.

You will be responsible for proactively promoting their training and development programmes with referral partners and working in collaboration with internal stakeholders to further develop and progress their learner engagement strategy.

The Individual

You will need to be self managing and highly motivated with a proven track record of developing, motivating and managing a high performing team. You will be solutions focussed with employer engagement or business development experience, previous experience of working with employers, JCP, Work Programme and other lead referral agencies is also essential.
