This software company is looking to recruit a lead UX/UI designer.

What their staff say:

"It's small enough here, that I feel like I can make a difference. Most developers work on tedious business software, or highly technical things, so it's nice to work on a product that people can relate to and can improve people's lives. My previous role felt like a dead end job. Here I started in support and moved into development. I’ve learned a great deal in my time with this company."

The Head of UI/UX Design will be responsible for building the UI/UX division of the company.

The role includes understanding the nature of the sector, building a team to complement the product and development teams, implementing the required processes and technologies, gathering customer requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you have a portfolio of design projects that includes web/mobile applications work, they would like to meet you.
