Overview of the job
The role purpose is to generate leads into their call centre. Channels of growth include social media ads, native advertising, remarketing campaigns, Google/Bing pay per click, etc.

Whilst taking full marketing P+L responsibility performance will be managed against cost per lead and cost per conversion.

You will develop system sites via WordPress with Dynamic Conversation application forms.

The analysis of competitors will help them identify new channels to target and you will ensure that all marketing complies with FCA regulations.

Essential skills and experience
- At least 2 years experience running campaigns on social, Google, Bing and native platforms (evidence of recent campaigns should also be provided).
- Experience of setting up WordPress websites from scratch.
- Ideally they would want to see evidence of Silverstripe experience and are looking for people who have worked within the Silverstripe platform.

Salary and benefits
Up to £40,000 per year (dependent on experience)
A bonus linked to company performance and marketing metrics will also be provided.

Location
Their Macclesfield office is easily commutable from Manchester, Stoke-on-Trent and Crewe.
