With a proven track record in outbound prospecting and lead generation, your ultimate responsibility will be to identify and grow new leads and deliver sales qualified leads to our team of senior sales consultants.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be part of a highly engaged and collaborative team, at the forefront of delivering sophisticated yet cost-effective SaaS HR software for mid-sized and growing UK & international businesses. You will be the sole telemarketer, but they anticipate that if you meet with success there will be the opportunity to grow the team.

It is anticipated that the role will have to be office based, although they are happy to consider candidates who wish to work part time.

Your role will include:

- Building a pipeline of sales opportunities through active outbound prospecting and nurturing using a combination of mediums, e.g. LinkedIn and phone.
- Following up and qualifying warm leads, such as visitors to the company’s website, exhibition stand, white paper download, etc.
- Contacting and qualifying inbound demo requests.
- Working with the wider marketing team to identify activities that will drive demand and help with longer-term lead nurturing.
- Since contact will be both on the phone and online you will need to be an excellent communicator and fluent in written and spoken English.

You will be provided with product training to enable you to provide short online demos of the product and answer questions. You will be expected to develop a good understanding of key HR issues so that you can uncover key pain points and business needs and position Cezanne HR as a potential solution when appropriate. The focus of the role is on the quality and not quantity of leads.

About you

To be successful in the role, you will need to be highly organized and effective, and able to demonstrate:

- Proven B2B telemarketing or tele sales experience with business software targeted at the mid-market.
- Excellent understanding of lead generation and nurturing tactics.
- Confidence to engage with and build relationships with senior decision makers.
- Familiarity with online prospecting/marketing tools and approaches especially LinkedIn.
- A ‘can do’, self-starter attitude and experience of implementing initiatives within a team or on an individual basis.
- Excellent telephone manner (e.g. active listening).
- Excellent written skills English to mother tongue standard.
Advantageous

Understanding of the HR issue and/or the HR software market.
Use of Salesforce/Pardot or similar tools.

Salary: £28,000-£35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Start Date: Early 2019
