This professional services consultancy are looking for a number of people to join a land referencing project.

The role is divided into two main elements:
1. Researching, collating and managing land, owner and property information
2. Stakeholder engagement, management and consultation with local business owners and the general public

The ideal candidates will have an awareness of issues affecting land ownership, tenancy and other rights or the ability to assimilate this very rapidly. The roles start immediately and run for approx 4-6 months, based in Aldgate (very close to the tube station). Working hours are typically 09:00-17:30, with some flexibility required.

Main Duties
- Researching land and property information using a wide variety of data sources, tools and techniques (desk/phone), then accurately and independently gathering and verifying data
- Loading and updating information in a central CRM system
- Liaising with stakeholders - including members of the public and local business owners - and engaging them in activities such as the completion of questionnaires

Personal Skills & Attributes
- Full, clean driving licence
- A confident “people person” with a desire to assist and help the parties involved in the project
- Good Word and Excel skills
- Detail focussed with accuracy in research and written work
- Extremely well organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Highly professional demeanour and presentation
- Good oral, written and listening communication skills
- Demonstrate high levels of ownership to follow through and close out issues
- Flexible/ hands on approach where needed to get the job done, can-do attitude
