As a member of the management team, your role will be to manage a team of INVIVO technicians & Cell Support Scientists therefore you will have overall responsibility for the operational delivery of client projects.

You will apply your scientific knowledge, expertise, project management problem solving skills and diplomacy to enable the best possible outcome in all client interactions.

An exceedingly well organised and supportive leader you will ensure that the operations on the site are carried out to the highest standards of quality and efficiency with a high level of professionalism.

Skills & Experience:

- Highly skilled and will provide training in animal handling, husbandry and welfare assessment
- Experience of oncology models.
- Knowledgeable about the work being undertaken, particularly in relation to the PPL, PIL, ASPA and the named persons involved.
- Highly skilled and will provide training in a range of in vivo & in vitro techniques
- Highly knowledgeable about the work being undertaken and with the Home Office Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and to value the importance of teamwork.
