A part time Kitchen Assistant is required to undertake under the General direction of the cook, the preparation,cooking and serving of food.
Main Duties
- Simple cooking and preparation of food
- Serving Customers
- Maintain excellent standards of Hygiene in all areas including personal hygiene, Servery area including sweeping, mopping and maintaining floors.
- Washing dishes, cutlery, containers and equipment.
- Assisting with Hospitality duties as and when required.
- Collection and reconciliation of cash and cashless receipt's.
- Clerical duties associated with the above.
