This company is looking to recruit a Key Accounts Co-ordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the correct and efficient operation of the documentation, communication and customer liaison relating to Key Accounts customers within the service business
- To deal with Key Account customer queries/enquiries/instructions over the phone in a polite and efficient manner, keeping an accurate record and dealing with or passing on questions in an efficient manner
- To maintain and update Key Account customers IT reportage systems where required
- To use initiative in dealing with Key Account customers and Service Centre personnel
- To co-ordinate all relevant paperwork to enable the processing of documentation as quickly and efficiently as possible and to ensure customer satisfaction
- To carry out documentation updating and processing to achieve the desired up-date of the business and customer systems
- To ensure internal and customer records are maintained in a manner satisfactory for audit purposes
- Photocopying as necessary to maintain detailed site maintenance documentation
- Attend scheduled internal and external key account meetings
- To maximise co-operation between all service personnel dealing with key account customers promoting an efficient and pleasant working environment
Skills Required:
- Ability to work confidently unsupervised
- Computer literate (with relevant qualifications)
- Capable of running small administration projects, through data collection from national branches and the Key Account customer
- Good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent customer service
