They are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join their expanding team and work closely with their Sales and Engagement departments to ensure customer needs are met whilst managing expectations and generating revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Joining the team as a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be responsible for nurturing and developing an existing client base of large/Key Accounts. On a daily basis this will involve:
- Building and growing relationships with a focused client base over the telephone and via email with consistent contact
- Give advice and sell solutions for given customers to increase revenue streams and business growth
- Working in a proactive, consultative manner delivering valuable solutions to clients and assist with solving issues and coordinating next steps
- Providing exceptional customer service whilst professionally engaging with stakeholders
- Meeting or exceeding all assigned KPI’s and objectives
- Document all activities within our CRM

Requirements:
If you enjoy working in a proactive Key Account Management role and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, this could be the role for you!

To be considered for this role, you will:
- Have worked in a similar role and ideally have an understanding of trade business operations and working with medium-large businesses
- Have Customer-facing experience gained in any industry (sales experience preferred but not essential), or a degree in any discipline and a desire to build a career in sales/business development/account management
- Be assertive and committed to your career development with good communication skills
- Have a solid understanding of sales/account management processes, particularly on a Business to Business level
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Have the ability to work effectively under pressure and to perform well in a team dynamic
- Good personal time management & organisational skills

It's important to note that experience in the above areas would be preferred, it will be secondary to finding the person with the right determination, attitude and overall suitability.
