This successful, multi-disciplined design agency in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire is looking for an enthusiastic, full-time junior level website developer to join their team.

The successful candidate must share the same levels of enthusiasm to excel, with a desire to produce amazing work, a confidence to push things further and possess a genuine passion for digital technology and creativity.

This is a development role and you'll be joining at an exciting time, working within the team on a series of digital development and marketing projects. As a junior website developer, the role will involve in-house mentoring under the current lead developer, as well as providing you with opportunities to grow your existing development and design skills – external training opportunities are also available to learn new skills entirely.

Primary duties will include the creation of new websites, supporting and updating existing client websites and digital marketing services, such as email marketing, social media marketing, SEO and technical support.

What they are looking for:

It is essential that you have a keen interest in the modern digital marketing industry as well as a sharp and creative mind - being a source of great ideas, and happy to explore new ideologies. The role will involve working independently on small projects, as well as working closely with our existing developer, design team and account managers on large websites and applications.

Preferred (not essential)

- A digital portfolio of past work or example websites
- A higher-level qualification in website development (or similar)
- A full UK driving licence and transport (you may occasionally be required to travel to clients for meetings)
