This is an opportunity to join a family owned business with a passion for using fresh ingredients to create seasonally changing menus, embracing traditional English dishes with modern flare. Now in their second year of trading they are looking for their first rosette and beyond.
Capable of assisting in the running of all areas of the kitchen from Starters, Larder, Sauces, Main Line & Desserts.
You will have a comprehensive understanding of Traditional English Cuisine capable of plating to a high standard of presentation under the pressure of a busy service.
As part of a small team you will be integral to ensuring consistency in the preparation, cooking and presenting of their menus.
Skills & Experience:
- You will have experience in working in a busy kitchen working with fresh seasonal ingredients, cooking fresh to order.
- Have the ability to time your work in order to maintain a smooth service.
- Capable of working in a clean and organised manner
- Able to take direction and willing to learn and expand your current knowledge and skills
Salary & Benefits:
- 24000-26000 per year
- 28 days holiday pro rata

- You will not be required to work Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day
Rural location with good bus service to Oxford and Chipping Norton
