What you need to be Successful...
Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills:
- Business, Sales or Customers Services qualification or equivalent experience
- Excellent Computer skills including all MS packages
- General Engineering knowledge – Desirable
- CAD skills and knowledge of rotating machinery – Desirable
- Sales experience; selling the benefits & technical information in the engineering industry – Desirable
Personal Competency’s:
- Excellent communication skills, both with internal and external customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritising work effectively
- Enthusiastic to learn new skills and develop product knowledge
- Personable and able to build lasting relationship with customers on the phone, face to face &in writing
