All of their Junior Sales Account Managers are fully trained and supported in their roles. After 2 weeks they will take full control of their earnings and potential. Success is rewarded with promotion and a generous commission package, as well as other excellent benefits.
Basic salary is £25,000 p.a, AVERAGE OTE month 12 is £45-55,000 p.a there is no cap on earnings, commission is earned at 10% of margin after achieving a small commission threshold.
No previous sales experience is required to be successful at interview, but you must be hungry determined and driven. You need to be switched on and able to apply any training quickly as well as having excellent business instincts and high levels of confidence at all times.
