Duties and responsibilities:
- Estimating and cost planning
- Procurement advice
- Tender document preparation
- Tender reporting
- Valuation
- Undertake site visits
- Update site progression
Essential Skills
- An ability to deliver the highest standards of service.
- A track record in academic achievement.
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- To have good spoken and written communication skills
- To be methodical, pay attention to detail and be accurate
- To be willing to accept responsibility for completing designated tasks.

*If successful after the interview there will be a week's trial and then a 3 months contract with possibility of long term contract. If you meet their expectations and requirements there will be a potential of pay rise.
