As a Junior Project Manager you are responsible for liaising with client project representatives, end users and other members of the project team to arrange each stage of the project and ensure deadlines are met.

You are responsible for attending client sites to provide consultancy services and deliver training to end users, building a relationship with the client and transitioning them through the change to their processes and business.

Responsible for:

- Undertaking client project work including project management, consultancy and training 3-4 days on site per week in line with team targets including overnight stays
- Production of up-to-date, accurate and informative user and technical documentation
- Feeding client issues back into Client Care Review process and new ideas into the Product Road Map

Primary Objectives:

- Work with other members of the Projects Team to manage and coordinate all aspects of new implementation and upgrade projects assigned to you
- Understand clients’ business case for implementing the software and the outcomes they are expecting from the project
- Managing the scope of projects and the expectations of clients, together with project budgets
- Configure the software to meet clients’ specific requirements, including customising workflows and reports
- Deliver training and desk top support to new clients
- Maintaining and reviewing client incident and issues logs, feeding back into the Client Care Review Process
- Software and systems successfully implemented with clear ROI for clients
- Feedback of client recommendations for software improvements back into the Product Road Map
- Providing immediate on-site support to clients and ad hoc support in office

Skills and Experience:

- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Eye for detail
- Pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Analytical skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite especially Excel
- Keen interest in modern technologies including SQL and data reporting services.
- 1+ years' Project Management experience preferably within the IT sector

- Happy to travel, work and stay away from the office regularly
