A leading supplier of gaming machines and digital content to land based venues, server based gaming networks and online & mobile casinos are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience as a project manager or coordinator within the online gaming industry. Experience should reflect examples of using project management tools, processes, and pipeline management. The role demands the ability to work under pressure, and the ability to engender and sustain the loyalty and respect of the team, as well as escalating blockers or bottlenecks that would affect the successful delivery of games to agreed dates.

A solid understanding of production processes for making games, including art, code and design, audio, QA, and management of external test labs is required. Additional key success factors for this role include excellent organisational skills, time management and communication.

Job Description
- Effectively co-ordinate and monitor the delivery of multiple online gaming software projects from cradle to grave.
- Create and maintain Product Concept and Product Design Specification documents using version control.
- Record potential compliance risks and non-standard game features that may impact development and testing.
- Document design changes and understand their impact on compliance, development, testing, and delivery timelines.
- Support and monitor project resource availability and allocation.
- Support the submission process of games to the third-party test house ensuring certificates are received and stored correctly.
- Maintain the Gaming Product Library.
- Clearly communicate project milestones to stakeholders and ensure project phases are signed-off.
- Pro-actively report risks and issues that may impact project milestones and deliverables.
- Liaise with internal departments and provide project updates to line management as and when required.
- Ensure all project documentation and online systems are created and maintained throughout the project life cycle in a timely manner.
- Organise, schedule and facilitate Product team meetings as and when required.
- Accurately record meeting minutes and chase follow-on actions with task owners.

Skills and Qualifications

- Experience managing and coordinating concurrent software projects with familiarity of the software development life cycle.
- Willingness to learn the mechanics of how online gaming products are designed and built.
- Ability to accurately create and maintain project documentation sets with attention to detail.
- Confidence in scheduling and facilitating project stakeholder meetings.
- Ability to interpret, adjust, and track priorities against changing business requirements.
- Competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Enthusiastic and team focussed.
