This software provider operating from the City of London provides specialist insurers with cutting edge Data Quality technology. They are seeking a full time Junior Project Manager to provide maternity cover from April 2018. This is a wide ranging role, covering multiple skillsets, working within a small and friendly team in the City.
Your main responsibility will be to project manage their flagship DQPro product, from product development to new client installations. The ability to build strong client relationships is an essential part of the role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior project manager who wishes to develop their skill sets further or someone wishing to move into project management. Alongside this core role you will also lead on the day to day running of the office and assisting the CEO with their Project Services side of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute new client installations
- Manage new and existing client relationships
- Train new DQPro users
- Creation of new project plans
- Meeting project deliverables
- Maintain backlog of work and co-ordinate prioritisation of work for new product developments
- Manage support queries and ensure tickets are resolved within SLA agreements
- Lead on managing the office
Desirable:
- Prior office management experience
- SharePoint and WordPress administration
