This consulting firm is working on a number of high profile Open Source ECM implementations and require Junior Java Web Developers for immediate start.
The role holder will get involvement in the full project life cycle from requirements analysis through to implementation and have the ability to manage his / her own workload. Dealing with clients and creating robust and effective solutions ensure this is a diverse and challenging role.

You will need to be eligible for SC clearance – UK resident for 5 years with no criminal record.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Proven experience of Java and associated technologies (Spring, Hibernate, Jsf);
- Experience in deploying applications to Apache Tomcat or JBoss Application Servers;
- Knowledge of database modelling and working with RDBMS preferably with PostgreSQL or MySQL;
- Knowledge and use of design patterns in building applications;
- Practical experience with other web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, YUI and other Javascript frameworks);
- Knowledge of XML and related technologies;
- Knowledge of building solutions using Alfresco an advantage;
- Knowledge of Linux, GWT, Seam, jBPM, Drools highly desirable.
