This digital creative agency provides design, development and online marketing services for small and medium sized businesses. They are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Graphic/Website Designer to join their expanding team based in Uxbridge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain various company websites
- Working closely with the creative director and the content team to update websites and design websites
- Support the editorial, analytical, and managerial team with creative content
- Willing to learn and adopting the use of website and graphic design standards
- Working with and building key relationships with the team, clients and website developers
- Keep up to date with the latest developments, trends and techniques in graphic design, social media and websites design
- Create new online and offline creative marketing material
- Manage, design and produce print related material for client base
- Manage, design and produce social media posts for posting on various networks

Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- You must have artistic flair with an eye for design and meticulous when it comes to attention to detail
- Ability to put together creative content are able to speak and write competently
- Dedicated to staying up to date with current design and marketing trends
- You must have excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information verbally 
to fellow team members and clients
- A flexible working approach with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast moving and changing environment with varying tasks and responsibilities
- Offer new ideas and concepts clearly and effectively to the Creative Director, team and clients

Desirable:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and jQuery (Optional)
- Use Content ManagementSystems to add, edit and delete products and content
