This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant online marketing agency based in Milton Keynes with a work hard, play hard mentality. Specialising in marketing UK gaming websites, they are on the search for an enthusiastic, creative Junior Graphics Designer to join their rapidly expanding team.

The Role
Reporting to the Design Manager and working within the design team, you will be expected to work closely as a team along with having the ability to work alone to take a brief from concept to completion within the allocated timeframe. They will be looking for candidates who can bring in any previous experience and have the willingness to further develop your skills. 

Candidate requirements: 
Must be of graduate calibre, and ideally have a minimum of 1 years relevant work experience. Please submit a portfolio of projects you’ve been involved in (credit the areas you were responsible for) alongside your CV.
- Must have proven skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CS5 or higher)
and an understanding of design for digital (static and mobile) HTML, CSS and Dreamweaver.
- Demonstrate ability to design clear, web friendly and clutter free assets. 
- Experience in designing banners and emails in e-marketing would be advantageous. 
- Must be able to work as part of a team and provide input where required. 
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with good time management.
- Must have passion and enthusiasm for the role. 
- Must have excellent attention to detail. 
- Ability to be flexible, as the role demands, handling multiple briefs and changing priorities.
- Must hold the ability to take on constructive criticism. 
- Supporting the marketing and commercial teams by supplying digital assets.
- Working within the design team on both small and large-scale projects. 

Advantageous [but not essential] factors: 
- Portfolio contains examples of: Logo design, landing page design, UI design, banner design and email design. 
- Awareness of coding and the web design field. 
- Healthy passion for food!
