The Company:

Main Purpose of Role:
To be responsible for the creation and development of marketing assets for the brand. Assist the Marketing Team with end to end creative delivery.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working with the Digital Marketing Exec and Marketing Assistant to develop engaging imagery across all social media channels
- Design graphics to compliment text and visually enhance the Blog
- Oversee the design development of the company’s website to support optimising the customer journey
- Creation of imagery for branded email, SMS and direct mail campaigns
- Create and manage all imagery for internal communication
- Ensure all activity supports brand strategy and compliance standards
- Continually exploring and pushing creative boundaries that engages and converts
- Assisting with any other tasks as applicable
Person Specification:
- Graduate level designer with or without commercial experience
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Creative and continually exploring new ideas
- Able to work independently and as part of the digital team
- Be able to manage own time and meet deadline.
