Long established web/digital agency with a high-profile client base in the fashion, health and non-profit sectors is looking for a Junior Digital Project Manager to join their London studio.

This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in digital who is passionate about working with non-profits and arts organisations. You will be working in a highly creative environment, with an interesting and varied client base with ample opportunity to develop your skills in project management, blogging, e-marketing platforms, social and SEO.

Working alongside the Creative Director you will help with project specs, plan schedules and budgets and organise the workflow for their team of developers, designers and dev opps. Some of the team work remotely so you should be comfortable organising over skype.

This is a busy and fast-paced office, so you'll need to be calm and confident in working with both developers and clients. You should be organized, methodical with a good eye for detail, pro-active and can easily adapt to your working environment. You must also have good written and verbal
communication skills.

Acting as a key point of contact for all major clients means good communication skills are crucial to this role, as is the ability to manage and develop good client relationships.

Candidates should have a good creative degree and some experience in a digital/web agency environment would be useful. They are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with digital skills (e.g., bloggers, instagrammers, e-marketers) or designers who want to move across to management.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good organisational skills (timings, costs, resource planning, etc.)
- Ability to develop good working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- IT skills – ideally including management software such as Basecamp, Trello
- Understanding of Google Analytics and SEO
- Understanding of accessibility and usability - must be web savvy
- Some CMS experience – e.g. WordPress would be ideal
- Some e-marketing experience – e.g. MailChimp – also useful

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Helping with project research and proposals
- Helping with project scoping and specification
- Helping with marketing campaigns
- Page building and checking in WordPress and Drupal
- Producing work plans and schedules for development team
- Tracking progress and reporting to clients
- Overseeing test programmes through to sign off
- Training will be provided for all the above
