As a Project Manager, you will work with and learn from our senior project delivery team, focusing on the successful delivery of bespoke web design and development projects. They are accountable for the end-to-end delivery of all projects across the agency and are supported by a strong technical team of class-leading professionals. Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied portfolio of Projects and associated work-streams (from planning to delivery) by driving tasks forward to meet deadlines
- Set-up, deliver and be accountable for all communication related to your projects and ensure that client is kept up to date
- Work closely with the client, design, account management and technical teams and ensure successful delivery
- Responsible for the definition, preparation and successful execution of all client deliverables, owning each phase of project delivery
- Ensure monthly revenue is maintained and updated
- Evaluate and effectively communicate recommendations / decisions on technical options to clients and internal stakeholders
- Proactively manage risks, problem solve and develop effective working relationships with stakeholders to ensure success
- Provide regular updates and ensure all risks are raised immediately for de-escalation
- Manage requirements / controls for sprint entry of new client projects

Experience / Skills & Attributes:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong self-discipline and time management skills
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills
- Process driven and attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously and with high ambiguity
- Some project management experience

Desirable, but not essential:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Understanding of project management methodologies i.e. Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid
- Proficiency with ASANA and other project management tools

Guide salary: £25k–£30k plus commission DOE
