The position at its core is to deliver analytical rigour and insight to multiple marketing channels, the primary focus will be to help with both paid media and user experience analysis.

This role is to support both the Paid Media and UX team with their campaign delivery, analysis is a core business focus but currently sits across multiple personnel, working with client services to build stories using data.

The job at hand is focussed on numerical skills and being able to see and understand cause and effect, as well as differentiating causation and correlation. Therefore a strong numerical background and evidence is pivotal.

Ideally, you’d have digital marketing experience, specifically in your ability to utilise platforms such as Google Adwords, Analytics and Tag Manager solutions. With the ability to show good understanding of UX and the digital journey with the ability to develop the story beyond the 'numbers' and translate into actionable plans and outcomes.

Outline of Core Responsibilities

- Working with the digital marketing team to develop an overarching optimisation strategy and being responsible for all implementation of tracking, analytics and website reporting
- Managing tracking, tagging and optimisation of sites -
Google Tag Management skills essential
- Use of analytics tools including and not limited to Google Analytics, Hotjar
- Looking to implement testing to improve UX across all platforms
- Helping delivery on Paid Media campaigns across social platforms and search

The ideal person:
- Self-starter, pro-active attitude
- Strong Google Analytics, Google Tag Management and -
- Google AdWords skills
- Prior experience delivering remarketing and PPC campaigns preferable but not essential
- Responsibility for all analytics tools
- Confident with data and can tell a story from the findings
- Experience of content management systems, you must be a quick learner with a technical mind
- Natural aptitude for problem solving
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills at Senior level including presenting data and key info at meetings
