This company is looking for a Junior Desktop Support Engineer to join its rapidly growing team. You will be based at their HQ, on the Croxley Business Park and will work alongside their IT Systems Administrator. They have recently extended their office space to help accommodate the rest of their Support Team as the company continues to scale. This Support Team has a really good feel to it right now and it is a great time to join their team.

As a Junior Desktop Support Engineer, you will support business systems, applications and hardware used by the group.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Log incidents and work closely with senior or other technical teams on resolutions.
- Process service requests within SLA's.
- Review and support tickets.
- Answer and Log IT calls.
- Provide Support Via Remote Access.
- Maintain systems, applications and hardware.

Experience:

- Experience of support - Telephone, Email and Face to Face.
- Working with Laptop / Desktop Hardware Maintenance, Thin Clients, -Windows, Basic Networking, Cabling and Microsoft Office.
- Nice to have; Experience working with G-Suite, Azure, LDAP or Linux.
