Job Title: Junior Designer/Studio Assistant (packaging)
Salary: Up to £14,000 per annum dependent on experience.
Start date: ASAP

They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, creative and tenacious Junior Designer/Studio assistant to join this ever growing in-house creative team.
A passion and eye for creative campaigns is essential, along with bringing their own originality
and creative flair.
Responsibilities:
- Create mock ups for customer presentations/shows.
- Assist the packaging team with product photography for customers, marketing and sale sheets.
- Ability to edit images in Photoshop.
- Adjusting artwork for customer specials.
- Setting files up for print.
- Reporting into the Studio Manager
Education
- University degree or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
Skills/Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign).
- Knowledge of print processes and confident to liaise with suppliers.
- Good organisational skills and ability to meet a deadline.
- Keen interest in design and a strong eye for typography and graphic trends.
- The ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently.
- Able to show own initiative to get jobs done in busy periods.
- Be Professional, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to observe and learn.
- Design experience is preferred but not essential.
