They are looking for Trainee Business Analysts; you will be a graduate and have an interest in business, business processes and/or business applications and be able to show some interest in technology and software.

Your role will be to assist their teams to turn business requirements into Technical Solutions. By collecting and then documenting customers business requirements; turning these into user stories; liaising with developers and clients on an ongoing basis through the development life-cycle; and using this knowledge to test applications before they are released to clients. You will also be involved in Project planning and estimation.

The company normally use an agile approach with their clients and the environment is fast paced and busy - this is not for the light hearted.

The company represents the future of development - they have developed their own computer language AU which is unique in that it is written only to compile other computer languages. Their write 100's of lines of code and it generates 1000's of lines of real code – whether it’s for front end PC/Mac, back end server, iPhone, Android, or Windows Phone. They target everywhere, Code once.

They have experience of working with Trainees and quickly getting them up to speed with their business their technologies and their methodologies and processes; you will need to be intelligent, dedicated, hardworking a self starter who is willing to listen and learn.

You will be a graduate in a related area - computing /analytical / business / Maths or corresponding subject, with a 2.1 or above obtained in the last 24 months. You will have 3 A Levels of which at least one is in either Mathematics or English. You will have a high standard of written English and will be organised and disciplined in your work and a self-starter. It is desirable if you have some relevant work experience.
