Join a successful, progressive and forward-thinking website design agency located in Sheffield city centre.

They are looking for an individual who's organised, diligent, has great communication skills and a positive attitude to work alongside their existing Project Manager to maintain client relationships and keep projects organised and on time.

You will be trained on the job, but the ideal candidate will be a competent writer and be comfortable creating and editing documents that clients and team members will use as the main guide for a project and its requirements. You would be naturally good on the phone with clients and dealing with tricky situations.

Experience of working with web systems and websites is a bonus but not essential.

The role includes managing a wide range of tasks that could be anything from a 15-minute web site change to a 6 month technically challenging web systems project.

General duties would include:
- Organisation of tasks across multiple team members
- Attending meetings, taking notes and writing them up
- Creating project briefs for other team members to work from
- Asking in-depth questions to make sure projects briefs are correct
- Testing systems to make sure they meet the specifications
- Dealing with clients over the phone

In all of these areas, positivity, organisation, communication skills and a keen attention to detail are key. You will work closely with a Project Manager who will oversee all of your work.
