You will be customer service focused with a strong technical troubleshooting ability. The role is office based but there are opportunities to work with clients on site at conferences and events, as well as providing training at customer premises.
You must live within 15 miles of Bordon, Hampshire and have a full UK driving licence. Hours are 09.00 to 17.00 with 30 minute lunch break.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Troubleshoot and resolve end user problems via phone, email and web chat in relation to the use of our own interactive audience voting PowerPoint solution
- Prioritise and manage end user support enquiries
- Provide quality assurance testing to our in-house software developer
- Perform regular maintenance to our event Laptops
- Assist with preparation of audience response voting systems for sale, rentals and events
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Excellent ITC skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of: Windows 7/8/10, MS Office 2013/2016/365
- A professional approach
- Ability to use initiative
- Full UK driving licence

Working hours would be 37.5 hours per week, although some flexibility will be required on occasions if it is necessary to work on-site outside standard office hours.
