This company are the world leaders in personalisation technology, linking suppliers and retailers with the tools they need to deliver personalisation profitably.

With global offices based in USA, Germany, UK & Hong Kong, they are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join an established and expanding team in their Head Office in Macclesfield in the role of Technical Support. Product specific training will be provided in-house.

Responsibilities

- Providing excellent technical support to all customers via phone & internal ticketing system.
- Manage the escalation and communication of software issues.
- Deal with client queries quickly and professionally – retaining ownership until query is addressed fully.
- Verification, accurate classification and recording of queries into the internal ticket management system.
- Signposting customers to appropriate knowledge base documentation or assigning tickets to an appropriate member of the team.

Skills & Requirements

- Ability to manage priorities is a must
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar Technical Support role would be a benefit but not required
- Ability to quickly understand technical issues resolve accordingly
- Strong organisational & customer service skills
