The Role
- A new and additional position, created within the IT team, to aid in the support of all infrastructure and all business applications.
- A diverse role, ranging from day to day support, projects, and potential development work to help translate our business needs into new high quality IT systems.
- Working within a small and dedicated team who are passionate about world class customer service, new IT systems and making the business fit for the future.
- Coverage includes 5 sites throughout the UK as well as remote users at other offices and home workers.
The Individual
- ITIL qualified with MCP/ MCT / MCSA / MCSE certification.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX would be desirable, as would previous experience of SharePoint / intranet sites.
- A solid understanding of business practices with fundamental knowledge of project management methodology developed in the workplace.
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 7/10 and Office 365
