To provide telephone and desk-side support to users.
Setting up and networking PCs, printers, laptops, telephones, mobile phones.
- Support the IT Manager with projects and offer ideas for improving the IT service.
- Configuring / monitoring server estate.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, LAN/WAN, wireless.
- System Backups / Network Backups
- Manage Anti-virus, software updates, software patches etc.
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic, friendly person.
- Knowledge of Excel as a reporting tool would be useful
Configuring and troubleshooting desktop and laptop computers in a business environment.
£16,000-£25,000 based on experience.
