All their bikes are designed by them, developed with their team riders, then manufactured by carefully selected factories and assembled right here in Sheffield. The Company is now looking for an Operational IT Systems Support Administrator to join. With direct responsibility for maintaining and improving operational IT systems.Responsible for the following critical IT systems: Khaos Control, Office 365, Hot Mustard Dijon, Kayako, GFS, AVG, MiTel Phone, Cisco, Windows Server 2012 systems.

Operations and Support
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
- Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.

Maintenance

- Apply OS patches and upgrades as required, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure/add new services as necessary.
- Upgrade and configure system software that supports key business functions.
- Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
- Meet the reporting requirement of the business using Excel and SQL.

Knowledge/Skills:

- Systems Administration/System Engineer certification desirable but not essential
- Two to four years system administration experience.
- An understanding of the ITIL Service management
- SQL data management experience
