Working as part of the Team, the successful candidate will be assisting clients by resolving their issues over the phone, through remote tools as well as face to face.

The company supports a diverse client base across London and works with a wide range of technologies including: Google G-Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Cloud Backup, Internet Telephony, Microsoft Windows (Server & Desktops), Apple Devices (iMac, Macbooks, iPads), Linux Servers, Wireless Networks, Routers, Switches.

Role / Responsibilities include:
Your day to day work, alongside being a tech hero, will include supporting their clients across a range of technologies to assist with troubleshooting, change requests, system builds, routine maintenance and monitoring client’s networks.

- Development of client’s network services
- Undertaking small-scale project work
- Assisting Team members on larger IT projects
- Building, servicing and repairing client devices on the workbench
- Quoting for clients
- Liaising with clients and colleagues
- Identifying opportunities for growth
