Provide a high level of on site support and care to their customers in London and the surrounding already.

You will be providing a high level of customer care and demonstrating our commitment to quality service delivery.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in the creation and deployment of new technologies and platforms to our fast growing customer base as well as on boarding customers to our support service.

- Customer Care and interpersonal skills are a must
- Basic understanding of network typologies and technical terms-
- A strong knowledge and experience of supporting Windows Desktop's
- Understanding of Windows Server environments and the fundamental roles

Working with a great team of technical engineers, in an exciting and growing UK wide MSP & ISP.

Based in Central London, you will be traveling around the city and surrounding areas.
