A innovative managed service provider seeks a skilled IT Support Engineer to joint their growing business at their York office. You will have a proven track record in a support role, be confident and have excellent communication skills.
Experience in as many of the following will be beneficial:
- Active Directory / Group Policy
- Azure / AWS / Hyper V or other virtualisation technology
- Office 365 (any experience of migration of email accounts to cloud would be highly beneficial)
- Networking TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Build / Deployment of Microsoft OS including Server / Desktop
- Switch Management and VLAN setup
- VOIP Phones
- Draytek
- Mobile Devices (iOS / Android)
