This is an opportunity to join a Microsoft Silver Partner who provide transformative services for their customers focused on Microsoft Cloud for Office 365, Mobile Device Management, Operations Management and Azure. They work with their customers to enact change, achieve outcomes by getting the most out of the technology and building enduring relationships.

They are recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer, with suitable IT Support experience of at least 2 years and can demonstrate proficient troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing onsite and offsite client IT support and implementation services to their clients in the South of England.

The role will be based from their offices in Basingstoke but will require regular onsite visits to their customers in London and the South East, so a driving license is essential.

Candidate should have support experience with:
- Windows 7-10 Operating Systems.
- Microsoft Office
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Windows Server
- Virtual Machines
- Hardware (Servers, Laptops, Desktops, Mobile Devices)
- Networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN)
- Awareness of Microsoft Cloud Services, Office 365
- Full UK Driving License

Objectives:
- Providing client support (Telephone, Remote, In-Person)
- Active Directory maintenance
- Microsoft Product Support specifically on Microsoft cloud technologies, Office 365 and Windows Azure
- Client Support Call logging reports.
- Ownership of task from start to completion
- Liaise with stakeholders and implement projects with the required internal and external resources
